Ink Knight

Privacy Policy

Effective October 20, 2026

In short. Ink Knight works without a name, email or phone number. We keep a random player ID and your game progress so you don't lose it, check store receipts so purchases pay out once, and, if you allow it, send an occasional reminder. Rewarded ads come from Google AdMob. We never sell your data. You can delete your account and data from the game at any time: Settings → Delete account.

1. Who we are

Ink Knight (the "game") is developed and published by Sergey Li ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: support@alienminds.net.

Advertising data collected by Google AdMob (see section 3)To show rewarded ads you choose to watchUnder Google's policy

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites ourselves.

3. Ads (Google AdMob)

The game shows rewarded video ads only when you tap a button to watch one for a reward. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID on Android or the IDFA on iOS when you allow tracking), IP address, device and app information and ad interactions to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud.

  • In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent through Google's consent form before personalized ads. You can change your choice any time in the game: Settings → Ads & consent.
  • On iOS, ads are personalized only if you allow tracking when the system asks. You can change this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in system settings.

Learn how Google uses data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

4. Service providers

We share data only with providers that run parts of the game for us:

  • Cloudflare — server and database hosting (accounts, cloud saves, purchase records, push tokens).
  • Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivering notifications.
  • Google AdMob — rewarded ads.
  • Apple App Store and Google Play — payments, receipts and app distribution.
  • Vercel — hosting of this website (it sets no cookies and runs no analytics).

These providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for money.

5. Legal bases (EEA, UK)

We process data to provide the game you asked for (account, cloud save, purchases), for our legitimate interests in security and fraud prevention, and on your consent for notifications and personalized ads. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.

6. Deleting your data

  • In the game open Settings → Delete account and confirm. Your account, cloud save, push token and transfer codes are deleted from our server right away, and the game on your phone starts over.
  • Or email support@alienminds.net with the player ID shown at the bottom of Settings. We delete the data within 30 days.

Purchase records stay as hashes of store receipts linked to the deleted ID, so a refunded or replayed receipt cannot pay out again; they no longer identify you. Permanent purchases can be restored from the store with "Restore purchases". More: inkknight.alienminds.net/delete-account.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or California law) you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict processing, and complain to your data protection authority. Write to us and we will answer within 30 days. We do not sell personal information.

8. Children

The game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the higher age set by local law). If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

All traffic to our server is encrypted (HTTPS). Access tokens are signed, transfer codes and receipts are stored only as hashes, and access to the server is limited to the developer.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the game.
