In the game (instant)
- Open Ink Knight and tap the gear in the top-right corner.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete. The game starts over with a fresh account.
By email
If you no longer have the game installed, email support@alienminds.net from any address with the subject "Delete account" and your player ID if you know it (Settings, bottom line). We delete the data within 30 days and reply when it's done.
What is deleted
- Your player account (ID, platform, language)
- Your cloud save (game progress)
- Your push notification token
- Any progress transfer codes
What is kept
Records of store purchases (product, order number and a hash of the receipt, linked to the deleted ID) for up to 7 years to prevent a receipt from paying out twice and for accounting. They no longer identify you. Data collected by Google AdMob is governed by Google's policy; you can reset your advertising ID in device settings.
Purchases made with your Apple or Google account can be restored on a new account with Settings → Restore purchases.
