Ink Knight

Terms of Use

Effective October 20, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Sergey Li ("we"), the developer of Ink Knight (the "game"). By playing you accept them. On iOS, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies.

1. License

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes. All rights in the game, its art, music, code and content stay with us.

2. Virtual items

Gems, gold, hammers, keys, eggs, scrolls, gear, companions, passes and other in-game items are part of the license. They have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be sold or transferred outside the game. We may change or rebalance them to keep the game fair and fun.

3. Purchases

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play under their terms. Prices are shown before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies and applicable law. Permanent purchases can be restored with "Restore purchases" in Settings. Odds for random items are shown in the game.

4. Fair play

Don't cheat, use bots or exploits, change the clock to skip timers, modify the game or interfere with our servers. We may reset progress gained this way or suspend the account.

5. Ads

The game offers optional rewarded ads. Rewards are granted after an ad finishes; if an ad can't be shown, no reward is guaranteed.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the game running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Online features (cloud save, transfer, purchases check, notifications) need an internet connection and may change. We may update the game and these terms; continued play after an update means you accept it.

7. Ending

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may end the license if you break these terms.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of virtual items, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
